As our company is in the construction industry we can remain open and continue to supply our customers,
From April 2020 we have been running our business with zero contact between us and our customers,
All our staff are kept separated at our depot and we have also provided individual toilets /wash area for each employee,
We have segregated area’s at our depot so our employees and customers are kept separate to keep us and them all as safe as we possibly can.
Our main priority in these unprecedented times is the safety of all our staff and customers
All our policy’s and procedures are in place so we can continue to operate and remain open supply all our customers

All our staff have been instructed and educated on procedures regarding Covid-19
We will continue to take advice from the UK Government and Public Health England
Placing Orders
Orders can be taken over the phone along with secure payment with debit or credit cards
Orders and payment can be placed using our secure online web shop www.pwwaters.co.uk
Please use our web shop to purchase your items as this is the safest method and also prevent unnecessary travel
No Cash will be taken
Deliveries
We can deliver to Retail and Trade customers and we will follow all the government guidelines to protect our customers and us,
Deliveries must be placed on your property only (Not on the highway or Grass verge)
All drivers and staff will abide to the social distancing advice,
Contact-Free Delivery
All delivery requirements must be explained over the phone or via message left through our website
We will have zero contact with any customers during deliveries
Delivery tickets /receipts will be left with the item’s or put through letterbox
No delivery tickets will be signed by the customer upon delivery of any goods or given to the customers directly.
Collections
Trade and Retail customers will be able to collect from our depot (Prior arrangement is recommended to reduce waiting time)
Entry will be controlled via Video Camera and Traffic light system . You must obey the our traffics lights at all times ALL drivers and passengers must stay in their vehicle at all times
You must have a mobile phone to contact our office on arrival to place orders and Pay with debit or credit card when needed,
Retail Customers are encouraged to stay at home and stay safe as per government guidelines
Home deliveries are encouraged for retail customers to help reduce the spread of COVID-19
